Unfortunately our free trial policy can only be claimed once per student. This means that after you first trial lesson (lasting around 30 minutes) you must decide to pick one of our plans or book an individual lesson.

At the end of each month, a payment must be processed in order for a student to continue taking lessons with us.

We do not have the resources to provide education at higher level education such as universities and colleges. If you really need some guidance, you may have to file a special request to us. We will try to find someone that meets the higher education level requirements to satisfy all your needs. Thank you for your understanding.

If you know us from 4 years ago. We used to provide in person tutoring. This is not the case anymore. We decided to go fully online, making it easier for the student as well as the tutor to be present online.

The short answer is No. The way that the plans and packages were designed were to be on a monthly basis. This means that roughly around every month a new package must be selected (This does not take into account possible re-scheduling due to unforeseen events ).

Of course ! It is worth to point out tutor assignment may vary due to availability and preference. Just because a tutor was assigned to you, it does not mean you must stick to him/her. Send us an email or fill in the contact form and a tutor of your choice will be given to you.
